In the menu on the left, click on the Ad Writing button (if you own the account you’ll be able to set up the advert structure for the entire organisation as well as yourself).
Then click on either ‘Configure your job advert template’ or ‘Configure [COMPANY NAME]’s job advert template’. You’ll then see the structure of every advert you create from that point.
You’ll have a pre-loaded structure that is already optimised for mobile and human psychology, but feel free to amend the structure, order, text format and tone of every section as you see fit.
The buttons at the top right of every section allow you to remove or reorder the sections as you want to.
At any point you can either re-load the default setting using the blue button in the bottom right corner of the screen, or Save any changes that you make to your personalised structure.
